Aishwarya Rai Bachchan said she relies on her memory to speak out dialogues during the shootings. The duo had been to Delhi and Hyderabad to promote their upcoming movie Raavan which is directed by Mani Ratnam and previous movie of the couple with Ratnam was Guru, which was a hit. They said they always kept their private life out during the shootings.

Rajneeti movie got a U/A certificate as the director agreed to remove few scenes and few abusive dialogues. Some scenes on homo-sexuality had raised controversies and the movie had a few scenes where excessive violence was depicted. The movie had been in controversy for showing Katrina Kaif in lead role as she resembled Sonia Gandhi of Congress party.

Shahrukh Khan remembered his initial hit movies where he worked opposite Juhi Chawla. The films Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, Yes Boss, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani were all hits and Aziz Mirza had directed these movies. Juhi and Shahrukh came back together for the last time in the movie Bhoothnath. Shahrukh tweeted it was one of the best time of his life.

Rajneeti is a Prakash Jha’s film and most of the movies made by Prakash Jha are not remembered for their music therefore nobody expects the albums to give the best scores but the presence of Ranbir and Katrina raises the need to have some good tracks. The film has a combination of composers including Pritam, Aadesh Srivastva , Wayne Sharpe (New York based composer) and Shantanu Moitra.

‘Bheegi Si Bhaagi Si’ – The track is composed by Pritam and the lyrics are of Irshad Kamil. The song is a romantic number and the duo Mohit Chauhan and Antara Mitra provide a fresh combination of voices which appears lovely on this romantic number.

‘Mora Piya’ - It is a Aadesh Srivastava number which comes with the classical touch and the Aadesh does the signing for this rather slow song which suits the movie subject. The song has not been kept purely Indian classical in fact the vocals of Rosalie Nicholsan and Shashi makes it appear to be the one for the new genre. A twilight remixed version of the number is present in the album in which the female voice of Kavita Seth can be heard.

‘Ishq Barse’ – If you do not have the rural touch, you forget its Prakash Jha’s film. So the next one Ishq Barse which reminds of the villages of Rajasthan. The vocals in the song are from Pronob Biswas and Swanand Kirkire, and the song has the voice of Hamsika Iyer. The track has been composed by Shantanu Moitra and the remixed version of the song is attractive for the Genx audience. The remixed version is called ‘The Bombay Bounce Club Mix’ and it has the potential to be a chartbusters.

‘Dhan Dhan Dharti’-Wayne Sharpe composed the song which is based on Vande Matram and the lyrics are by Gulzar .The voices are of Sonu Nigam with the guitar sound and later –Shankar Mahadevan gets back behind the mike.

A political movie should not have many songs(political subject reminds of the  songs and performance of Aandhi ) and this one has a few great numbers.

Movie Review: Admissions Open wants to say that the students should be allowed to pursue their dreams and the procedure of admissions and other barrier should be removed. The movie has a good subject to depict but it could not do justice to a socially relevant subject. The movie is about Arjun and Professor Tariq Siddiqi. Arjun always scores less because he feels the bondages of current education systems do not allow him to be creative. He does not believe in grading system.

Professor Tariq Siddiqi has similar beliefs as Arjun and he too does not sanction the stereotype education system. The movie shows – they all form a new institution which teaches all the subjects which are not approved by the regular institutions such as the classes on script writing , politics, music , cookery and also on underworld and godmen. Later the institution which offers such courses is closed by government authorities and the students studying in this institution develop into professionals.

The movie could have been made into a very good comedy or a serious film on education, but it could not bring up the energy of youth and teaching. The movie has poor performance from the lead cast although Anupam Kher’s performance is good. The music has low contribution to the film. The script goes directionless after the first thirty minutes. Sudesh Berry and Pramod Moutho look good.

Since the lead casts are unknown there is less scope from the movie.

Preview: How to meet the special someone with whom you will spend the whole life. Destiny tests and gives the answers. The film Milenge Milenge is a romantic comedy drama in which a couple in love breaks up and later they get back.

The story is of Amit and Priya who meet at a festival in Bangkok and Priya is a girl who believes her life partner will be a teetollar, the one who does not smoke or tells any lie. Amit is a chain smoker and when he drinks alcohol he likes to take fish and he says a lie at every second moment.

One day Amit reads the personal diary of Priya and finds out her likes and dislikes and he poses as the person who is a teetotaller and who does not lie. Priya is impressed by Amit and they get closer. One day they are preparing to come back to India from the festival and Priya finds her diary’s copy in Amit’s room and she realizes she has been made a fool. Priya goes to confront Amit who is sitting with his friends and taking a glass beer with fish and smoking. Amit says he will leave all these habits but then Priya comes and they argue and break up.

Amit says we have to meet and it is in our destiny but Priya says if we have to meet we can in Delhi although they are not aware of other’s where abouts in Delhi.

The story then goes to Delhi where Amit comes from finishing his degree in management and he has changed completely to meet Priya’s dreams whereas Priya has moved on and become a music director. Destiny brings them back together again before they decide to marry.

The latest census conducted by Indian government also asks about the caste of the people. Caste has no value as per Amitabh Bachchan but caste is very important for hard working students who are applying for medical , engineering or for a government job ,therefore , a caste based census can identify the need for more than 50% politicized reservations in various colleges and organization.

Preview: The story of the movie "Ek Second-Jo Zindagi Badal De" is about a girl whose name is Rashi and the movie shows the twists and turns of destiny at every stage of life when you take a path but ultimately the destination of all is the paths is same. The movie shows the outcome of two different decisions taken at a second by a person, which comes to the same conclusion.

The story is about Vikram Sehgal who is a famous novelist and he is engaged to Raashi, the girl who does not know about the various girls present in Vikram’s life. Raashi works in a multinational company as a creative head and one day she leaves her house to find she lost her job. She is very tired and comes to metro to catch a train and finds she missed the train. From here the story divides in two parts. First if she gets the train and second if she doesn’t get the train.

Track one – when she fails to get the train

Rashi could not catch the train and she comes out of the metro station to find a robber snatches her purse and she gets hurt. She takes a taxi to go to the nursing home and there she is given bandage and medicines. After taking the medicines she goes to Vikram’s house.

Track two –when she boards the train

If she boards the train, she meets a person called Oni Parker, who is a good fun loving man and then she reaches Vikram’s house to find him with his girlfriend. She quarrels with her boyfriend and breaks her relationship with him.

The movie shows in both the cases if one fight their fate or not, the outcome is same. In one case Raashi has Vikram as boyfriend and in another she has Oni Parker as boyfriend.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani made cynical movies on the two most preferred education courses of India. There was a time in India when every student said he or she wanted to be an Engineer or a Doctor. The movies 3 Idiots and Munnabhai MBBS took both the professions – medical education (MBBS) and Engineering as their subjects and showed the drawbacks of the most admired professional education systems.

These movies showed that the students studying in these institutions are not very close to life and their education sometimes has no link to what they want to do in life. Today the situation is changed and students have other professional options and the craze for engineering and medicine is almost gone .Now Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani are planning to make another movie of Munnabhai series where Munnabhai will go to America.

In the last two decades many from India have gone to America or are planning to go to America and there is a huge craze in some parts of India, where people want to go out – to any foreign country .There are many who dream to go to America but the strict visa rules makes it impossible for them to reach U.S.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani must be targeting this craze to go to America to make their next movies .Most expectedly these movie will show how Munnabhai finds the loopholes there in America and makes fun of people who want to go abroad. Previously, Vidhu Vinod Chopra had planned a script in which he wanted Munna to meet U.S. president but after the release of My Name is Khan — he is planning to change the script.

Three Idiots won three awards in the technical category at IIFA. The movie got the award for Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography and Best Dialogue. For Best Screenplay -Vidhu Vinod Chopra got the award and for Best Cinematography –C.K. Muraleedharan ISC bagged the award and Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi got the award for Best Dialogues.

The movie also got the awards for Best Sound Recording and Best Sound Re-recording. The award for Best Sound Recording was bagged by Bishwadeep Chatterjee & Sachi K Sanghvi and for Best Sound Re-recording the award was given to Anup Dev. The awards will be given to the winners on 11th IIFA Awards ceremony which will be held in Colombo on June 5 .

Other winners in the technical section were Love Aaj Kal and Alladin. The Best Choreographer was given to Bosco Caesar and Best Costume Designing was given to Anahita Shroff & Dolly Ahluwalia for the movie for Love Aaj Kal. Alladin won awards for Best Art Direction which was given to Sabu Cyril and for Best Special Effects (Visual) in the movie Alladin– Charles Darby (Eyecube Labs) won the awards.

Kaminey was awarded for Best Action award and Pa got the awards for best make-up bagged by Christien Tinsley & Dominie Till. The winners were selected based on the online voting and the voting for the popular categories will end on June 1, 2010.The winners of the popular category will be declared on the night of awards function at Micromax IIFA Awards 2010, in Colombo.
