Mumbai Congress party has planned to gift flat to the kids of ‘Slumdog millionaire’ who walked on the red carpet during Oscars. Azharuddin Ismail and Rubina Rafiq live in the slum area of Mumbai and Mumbai Congress President Kripashankar Singh said that the kids brought fame to the country and they should be awarded flats by the government.
