Kaushik learns Marathi for City of Gold
Satish Kaushik plays the role of a property dealer in the film “City of Gold” and he is learning the local Mumbai language –Marathi for the role. The film directed by Mahesh Manjrekar will hit cinema theatres on Friday .The film is based on the lives of people who worked in mills in Mumbai. Mumbai cotton mills have a historic significance as it was one of the first mills that produced cotton clothes to be taken overseas in 18th century.
