The movie Khoya Khoya Chand shows Shiney Ahuja playing the role of a writer who helps an actress to realize her dreams. The story looks much similar to the real life story of Guru Dutt and Waheda Rehman but the director of the movie Sudhir Mishra is refusing to any such similarity. Though Shiney has performed well in the movie, he could not get the profundity that Guru Dutt showed on screen.
