Nandita Das has been nominated for Best Director and Screenplay for her film “Firaaq†in the South Asian Film festival. Nandita’s “Firaaq†is based on the life of people after Gujarat riots. It’s an achievement for Nandita to be nominated in the festival where hundreds of films from across the world will be screened.
