The movie has been made under the banner of Angath Arts Pvt. Ltd. The Producer of the movie is Kamal Sadanah ,director of the movie is Anant Mahadevan and star cast include Om Puri as Rana, Anupam Kher as Raja, Jimmy Shergill , Preeti Jhangiani as Devyani, Sonia Mehra. as Sara, Kamal Sadanah. as Ranjit, Javed Jaffrey as Bobby ,Bombata Tora Khasgir, Rajesh Khera.as Karan.The songs has been written by Sameer and the music director is Himesh Reshammiya and Viju Shah.

The movie is a having a story having suspense. The story is about diamonds of worth 300 crores .There have been many stories in a few months of people running either after money or diamonds .This story is also about a group of people running after money like the movie Cash but this movie is a low budgeted movie and has less of action scenes. Bobby is a rich man and his girlfriend Devyani are much attracted to diamonds. Bobby tries to get the diamond for money and after being refused for the diamonds he tries to get it by stealing thorough one of the hired burglar Tora.

Tora is successful in getting the diamonds and runs away with the diamonds .She has a brother Karan who is also into the same business. Tora while running away with the diamonds meets Ranjit who tries to kill her and Tora escapes to get unconscious near Victoria No. 203.The driver of the Victoria is Raman and he takes her to hospital for treatment and in between he is caught by the police.

Raman has a daughter Sara who is forced to drive the Vistoria to earn for herself and get her father out of the jail. Sara is unaware that she has diamonds in her Victoria and in between she meets Jimmy who falls in love with Sara.

Story has many characteristics running after the diamonds and in the end the movie goes like everybody is after the diamonds and nobody knows where the diamonds are hidden. The story is a comedy sequence with the two Anupam Kher and Om Puri also included in the story who play two crooks out of the jail running after the diamonds.

The movie may be released on August 31, 2007
