Music Review Chhodon Naa Yaar

The movie Chhodon Naa Yaar has been produced by Sameer Gaikwad and directed by Dilip Sood. The lead roles in the movie have been performed by Jimmy Sheirgill and Kim Sharma. The lyrics of the movie have been written by Panchhi Jalonvi and music has been composed by Anand Raj Anand. The story of the movie is a suspense thriller and the music album is just an average one.

Kasak –The song Kasak has mountains kind of music. Flute music is predominant. This is a sweet melodious song. The song has been sung by Anand Raj Anand.

Remix Kasak –This remix version is also very melodious and sweet to hear. It has not been made noisy in remix version.

Talwar Re…Tere Kajre Ki Dhaar Re –The song having Daler Mehandi and Sunidhi Chauhan has a great beatings and lovely song. This song will make the album popular. There are two remix versions for this song.

Remix 1 Talwar Re…-First remix has Anand Raj Anand singing to the tunes and lyrics are ‘You Freak My Mind’

Remix 2 Talwar Re…- The second remix is on Dhol and has more of Bhangra in it.

All the three original and remix version of the song are good to hear.

Jhoom Le - The song has been sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and the music of the song is an average one.

Zindagi has been sung by Shaan and has some rock kind of music as well in it.

Luta Hai Zamana Ne is a song like a Qawali by Sukhwinder Singh. The song is better than ‘Zindagi’ but is again an average song.

All the songs have been composed by Anand Raj Anand and have his touch on all his creation. He has tried to create a mix of classical and western in the album. The best song of the album is Talwar Re, which has been three times repeated in the album.
