The movie has been produced by Bipin Shah and directed by Deepak Shivdasani. The story of the movie is about two friends Gopi and Kishen The cast of the movie includes Sunil Shetty as Gopi, Arshad Warsi as Kishen, Sandhya Mridul Upasna Singh.

The music of the movie has been done by Jatin Pandit and Lalit Pandit and lyrics are of Sameer. The story of the movie is written by Deepak Shivdasani.

Gopi has got a piece of land at Hoshiyarpur, which he wishes to handle over to his childhood friend Kishen. Gopi was staying in Goa and goes to g Hoshiyarpur, to get the land at Hoshiyarpur as his father had the last wish to give the piece of land to the Kishen family. Kishen avoids Gopi and do not want to go to Hoshiyarpur for a small piece of land.

Tanya is daughter of owner of KG Resorts who helps Gopi to convince Kishen and go together to Hoshiyarpur. The KG Resorts is visited by three girls who hide diamonds at the resort and the ones who learn about the diamonds are after the diamond.

Gopi also gets into the diamond rush and finally the movie revolves around group of people going for diamonds. The rush leads the group to reach Hoshiyarpur from KG Resorts and movie finally gets the land also into the diamond rush. The story is comedy and suspense.

The movie has Suniel Shetty and Arshad Warsi in lead role. After performing character roles in many movies and the playing anchor in TV show The Biggest Looser, Suniel Shetty is doing a lead role in this movie. The movie also has the story of people running after diamonds.
