The movie had been made under the banner Ukey Films and produced by Kusum Ukey, Amarjeet Amle and Meenakshi Ukey. The movie casts include Milind Gunaji, Reema Lagoo, Ganesh Yadav, Rekha Rao, Raj Singh Verma, Shri Vallabh Vyas and Gaurav Chopra

The story of the movie is based on Marathi writer Milind Bokil’s story Shaala that mean School.

The story of the movie depicts school children in the class ninth standard. The kids are honest and fresh to receive all they get from now in the life. There are four boys in the same class who are close friends and share everything with each other.

One of them is Ashwin. The school friendship between a boy Ashwin and a girl Pari studying in same class develops. Ashwin is shy of telling his friends about his friendship with Pari but is also unaware that all his friends are trying to make friends with some of the other girl in the class.

The children in school have their own problems of studying, giving exams , scouts and guide camp. The friendship of the four boys and between the boys and girl goes through all these phases .One day parents get news of friendships between Ashwin and the girls.

Parents complain to the school authorities about the boys. Then the final exam session is held in the school when it is to be decided that if the boys fail, they will not be able to catch up to the girls in the next class. The story is all about school friendships, dreams, innocence and romancing.

The music has been directed by Pranit and singers are Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan and Kailash Kher.

The movie may be released in October or November in 2007.
