Vishal Bharadwaj has been making unconventional movies like the Blue Umbrella. The movie No Smoking is also the one with a social message for the youngster and it has been made in a light mode. The movie that was started by the name Cigarette smoking is injurious to health and later renamed as No Smoking is based on the awful effects of cigarette smoking. The shooting for the movie has been done in mostly Russia. The movie may be released on 26th of October.

The story of the movie is about the lead character K who is addicted to Cigarette smoking. He cannot leave smoking and his wife is fed up of his habit of Cigarette smoking.

His wife Anjali leaves him because he doesn’t leaves his habit. When K’s wife is gone ,K meets a Baba who can help him to quit cigarette smoking habit but if K signs a contract with Baba he cannot relinquish without completing his agreement’s conditions.

Without knowing the consequence of the contract with the Baba K signs the contract with the baba. K infact doesn’t believes the baba but when he lits up a cigarette sitting in his car hits cars blows off. The story is about a man not leaving his addiction and a Baba who can cure all addictions.

The story is unpredictable as it is not known how the baba is doing all the magic and will wife of K come back to him some day or not.
