On the import of the vehicle Toyota Landcruiser, Sushmita Sen has been issued notice by the Chief Justice Swatanter Kumar and Justice D Y Chandrachud of Bombay High court.
The charges set on her are that she did not pay Rs 23 lakh towards octroi and she gave wrong information to the authorities related to her new vehicle.
