First day show of OSO and Saawariya

Finally the two movies that were into competition from the music release and promo release phase and the distributors of the movies ,Eros International and Sony Pictures were setting new marketing rules for promoting their products have released their 3 hour entertainment packets and the first show was viewed full houses for both the movies in India and outside.

After the promotional premier of OSO in London the movie was praised for being a complete entertainment packet. The songs and the story were completely the magical masala of Bollywood. The movie was also getting attention for the presence of Shahrukh Khan. The two releases on 9th November were also critical for the debuting actor Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. To see the chemistry between Deepika and the superstar Shahrukh Khan was also being waited by the movie goers.

The movie directed by expert choreographer Farah Khan and produced by Shahrukh Khan OSO had a few noted tracks like Deewangi and Dard E Disco that was topping music charts from the time of their releases and the Saawariya music release was also a competitive one. Khan had sold the media rights of the movie for 88 crores and production house of Saawariya, Sony Pictures will distribute and show the movie in the Hollywood style as Saawariya is the first Indian movie to be produced by Hollywood house. All around the world Sony is targeting 85 theaters in 42 cities for screening the movie.

After the first show of the movie OSO is getting better response from the viewers as compared to the movie Saawariya which has been said to be a boring movie having broken story telling. Many viewers in India are not impressed even by the screen color blue and black used in the movie but most are satisfied by the acting of Ranbir Kapoor the newcomer into Indian cinema. Sonam Kapoor has not much scope to present her acting skill and she is looking to be new in her first movie.

OSO is a complete entertainment movie and King Khan has proved himself to be the King of Bollywood again. The presence of Khan is dominant and that is one of the features of the movie that makes it a good movie and his presence also covers the drawbacks in the movie.

The actress Deepika Padukone also looks good throughout the movie and goes along with the Khan wave. The songs are choreographed and presented brilliantly that makes the audience jump from their places in theatres and the story of the movie has all the twists and turns needed to catch viewers. The winner of the competition between the two movies is definitely OSO but the coming week will decide the fate of the movies released on 9th November after the release of few more good movie releases from Bollywood.
