Star kids in Bollywood

Participating in a beauty pageant is considered to the best and most short cut method to get a role in Bollywood in the current decade. The competition for getting a role in a good Bollywood movie is growing as the number of aspirants wishing to enter Bollywood is escalating. Some of the lucky ones are the children of Bollywood actors and actresses who have played roles in movies in 1980’s and earlier, who get a role in the movies by the influence of their parents.

The last released movie Saawariya was also the movie packed with newcomer that are basically children of established Bollywood actors. Sonam Kapoor who is daughter of actor Anil Kapoor got the role for the movie Saawariya with less effort as compared to any other newcomer who will have to struggle harder or depend on luck to turn in their favor as it happened to the model turn actress Deepika Padukone. Padukone is also the daughter of a famous father Prakash Padukone known as one of the top badminton player of India. So she was also in fact profited in some way.

Many current actors and actresses are getting roles and are even repeated by movie makers and given a second chance to play roles in movies because they are backed by their popular parents. The politicians are getting their children into movies. The son of Maharashtra chief minister is into movies and the last entry is by the son of Ramvilas Paswan.

Whatever be the way to enter the cinema the actors and actresses who are not talented enough aren’t able to put their impression into cinema and are unable to sustain the help they get from their parents. The best example is of Abhishek Bachchan who is son of a superstar of Bollywood and his mother is also a talented actress but even after about 10 years of acting and movie releases it seems he is not having inclination towards the cinematic art that was cultured by the Shahrukh Khan in just few years of his acting.

Some successful example of star kids are the Kapoors in which the last entry is by Ranbir Kapoor who is predicted to be a star and the other is Hrithik Roshan whose father must be proud over the was in which he captured Bollywood audience and proved to be better than his father. Other than a few examples most of the top actors and actresses in Bollywood in current generation and earlier are not the ones supported by their parents like Madhuri Dixit, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, Vidya Balan and Rani Mukharjee.
