Music Review: Showbiz

The movie Showbiz will most expectedly be released in December in the current year itself. The movie has been made by debutant director choreographer Raju Khan. Mukesh Bhatt has produced the movie. The movie will bring a few more debutant through the Bhatt camp into Bollywood in the year 2007.The music of the album has been composed by Lalit Pandit and lyrics are of Sayeed Quadri. The prominent signers in the cassette are : K.K., Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal.

Tu Mujhse Jab Se Mila Hai –The song is passionate guitar song that consists of mostly soft rock kind of music having beautiful lyrics. This KK song is good to reach the chartbuster list. The lyrics of Sayeed Quadri are good.

Tu Mujhse Jab Se Mila Hai(second version ) -The second version of the song has been done by rapper Earl. This is a happier song and this version gets better than the previous ones for its beats.

Mere Palal Ka Tu Hi Sitara – One more song Mere Palal Ka Tu Hi Sitara has good lyrics and music in the album. This one has again been sung by KK. This song has club like music and electronic sounds associated. This song has western kind of music and has Indian sentiment and lyrics.

Mere Palak Ka Tu Hi Sitara (second version) –This one is also like the original song.

Kash Ek Din Aisa Bhi Aaye –Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal sing the song Kash Ek Din Aisa Bhi Aaye and this is the single duet of the album. This one is not up to the expectation and singing is average.

Duniya Ne Dil Tode –This is again an emotional gloomy kind of song and has an average background score. This one has been sung again by KK again.

Meri Ibtada - Shreya Ghoshal sings solo emotional song like the ones seen in Bhatt movies. This is a situational song.

The songs of Lalit Pandit are improved and good. The Bhatt album last released was album Dhoka and like the earlier one in the year this will also be reaching charts for mainly two initial KK songs Tu Mujhse Jab Se Mila Hai and Mere Palal Ka Tu Hi Sitara. This album cannot be compared to Awarapan or Gangster.
