New Year comes with huge money for dance shows

New Year celebrations in many cities were marked by the dance shows by top actresses of Bollywood and various dance numbers by the actress and item girls of Bollywood. The names not only include female dancers of Bollywood by also many actors of Bollywood attend the parties on New Year for huge money of a single night for few hours.

The actress Bipasha Basu was in news of getting about a crore for her dance performance at the JW Marriott, Juhu. Last year Mallika Shehrawat charged about Rs 50 Lakhs for a half an hour dance show and she also got caught into legal problem over the dance performance for getting scantily dressed during the show.

This year also some of the prominent stage shows in various hotels in the metro cities were marked by violence and misbehaviors with ladies and girls who attended the shows. Every year there are incidents of shameful events by the viewers in the dance shows but the Bollywood stars continue to be a part of such show for huge money they get for a single show. The stars can not be criticized for the incidents as the events happen even when they are not a part of such dances.

The people are attending these kinds of shows paying upto Rs 15000 per person for some 5 to 6 hrs to the hotel organizers and many time these people who are with their family members get into trouble .These events can not be attributed to the actors because if they are not performing some one else will perform in the New Year shows but the organizers should be penalized for such incidents.

The other actresses’ actresses who are front runner in gaining money on the night dance shows are Koena Mitra and Tanushree Dutta who get 15 to 20 lakhs for some minutes of performances. Other actresses who performed on the New Year shows in 2008 were Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora, Neha Dhupia and a few others and the organizers paid them Rs 15 to 25 lakhs depending upon the popularity of the actresses.

Rakhi Sawant and her boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi who lost in the finals of Nach Baliye 3 Show also participated in dance shows on the New Year Eve and it was in news that Rakhi asked for Rs 51 lakhs for her performance just to prove that she was the best dancer of the Nach Show.
