After waiting for two years for the right project to come his way, actor Shahid Kapoor has finally signed on the dotted line. Director Rohit Shetty of Golmaal fame has managed to convince Shahid Kapoor to act in his yet to be titled film.
Shahid says, “I was looking for a great subject. I have been listening to scripts for a while now. But when I met Rohit, something just felt right.
I think Rohit is a talented director and I loved his script. Why not sign something good when it comes to you? I am happy and really looking forward to doing the film.”
Speaking about Shahid doing the film, Rohit says, “Shahid told me that he has not signed any film in a long time but he loved my script from the time it was narrated to him.
I am glad that I have him in the film.” The film also stars Nana Patekar in an unusual role and if anything to go by then this is something to watch out for.
