Characters:

Neel(Jimmy Shergill) : Brilliant student of Columbia University who is in love with Maya.

Maya Fernandez (Nisha Rawal): Maya too loves Neel and she belongs to upper class catholic – Indian family. She is divided amongst her father’s ego and husband’s need.

Sunny Malhotra (Rajpal Yadav) –Sunny flirts with multiple girls and creates hilarious situation altogether by his embarrassing ways.

Tanvi (Monishka): Tanvi is a call centre executive who gets attracted to Neel and on getting rejected she plots to revenge on Neel.

Mad Uncle (Rajpal Yadav): He is uncle of Sunny and thinks Sunny to be a gay and tries to keep him away from his friend Neel.

Tina Smith (Sarah Thomas): The blonde girl friend of Sunny.

Rajpal’s Father (Rajpal Yadav): He wants Sunny to return to India.

Kumar (Shivaram Kumar): He is a speaker to whom people listen and he suggests that people should listen to their hearts.

Story:

The story of the movie is about Neel who is a brilliant student of Columbia University and he has a close friend Sunny who flirts with girls. Neel gets married to Maya whom he loves and the two start their newly married life in New York.

In the meantime Neel gets work to make him shift to India against the wishes of his wife Maya and there he sets up his own business of a call centre in India and he is helped by Tanvi.

Tanvi goes out of way to help Neel to setup his business and Neel gets impressed by the girl. But Tanvi in return wants Neel to accept love her and Neel refuses saying that he is in love with his wife Maya.

Tanvi finds it insulting to be unable get the love of Neel and she plots to trouble him not only professionally but also personally. How Neel gets out of the accusations on him is the story of the movie? Movie says “Haste Haste” you need to tackle life’s problems and listen to your heart when in confusion.
