Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan smokes too much and must quit, said his mother, former actress Sharmila Tagore, in an interview on Wednesday.
Tagore cautioned her 36-year-old son who was discharged from the intensive care unit of a Mumbai’s Leelavati Hospital on Wednesday.
“He smokes a lot and has to stop now. i am sure the doctors will tell him so”, she added. Saif’s mother also said that heart problem “runs in the family.”
Khan could remain at the hospital for up to a week while tests are conducted, doctors said. in March last year, Khan underwent an emergency appendectomy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he was shooting a television commercial.
