Music Review: Ghatothkach

The Singeetam Srinivasa Rao‘s animation film “Ghatothkach –The Master of Magic “ will be released in seven languages and the music of the film has also been composed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao.

“Main Hoon Ghatothkach“-The song has been sung by Master Shravan Iyer. An adult version of the song has been sung by Sudesh Bhonsle and that praises the physical appearance and skills of the character Ghatothkach. The song is shown in the promotional of the film on small screen and it is impressive one.

“Mayabazaar”-The entertaining song “Maya Bazaar” has been well written by Sameer and it is enjoying hearing it. The voice of Daler Mehandi is another impressive feature of the song.

“Angalik Banglik…Jadu Hai“- Master Shravan Iyer again comes back to sing the song .The composition of the song by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao and it is an average composition.

“Aaana Aaja Na” – Sudesh Bhosle sings the song in the voice of Sunidhi Chauhan and this is another hilarious romantic kind of song.

“Main Yaahan Tu Wahaan”- Shaan and Shreya Ghosal come together to sing this romantic song and it is similar to some of the oldies, rarely found in current generations but it is fun to hear.

“Sajaa Hai Bhojnalay”- S.P. Balasubramaniam comes to sing the energetic song, “Sajaa Hai Bhojnalay”. The song has the beats of war, army and Sameer has well written the lyrics of the song.

“Natnagar Ki Saari Leela” – The song narrates the stories of Lord Krishna and it has been sung by Mahalaxmi Iyer.

Since the movie is animation and aimed at children in summer vacation, the music did not have much variation and party like music but it is average as per the script of the movie.
