Music Review: God Tussi Great Ho

“God Tussi Great Ho” is a Rumy Jaffery film and the movie is expected to have comedy ingredients. Sajid - Wajid are the music composer of the album and the same combination made the music of the hit film “Partner.”

‘Let’s Party’-This is an entertaining party song with fun beats matching some of the most popular party songs of bollywood .The disco beats are prominent and the song is in voice of Shaan and Sunidhi Chauhan. The song also has a remixed version that has full electronic sounds. Since the song looks similar to some of the chartbusters fun party songs of bollywood, the audience will find it entertaining.

‘Tujhe Aksa Beach Ghuma Doon’ – The song has the fun comprehensible Hindi lyrics and beats to match. The lyrics are of Shabbir Ahmad and the song is in voice of Wajid and Amrita Kak. The song is another fun song of the album. A remixed version of the song is also present in the album.

‘God Tussi Great Ho’ – The song ‘God Tussi Great Ho’ is the title song of the album and it is about a common man who is blessed with godly powers thanking the almighty. The song is in voice of Sonu Nigam with parts sung by Shankar Mahadevan and the song also has a remixed version by DJ A Myth

‘Tumko Dekha’ - The song “Tumko Dekha” is in voice of Neeraj Sridhar, Shreya Ghoshal and the lyrics of the song is by Jalees Sherwani that are basically English and Hindi lyrics mixed together. The song is like one of the Indi-Pop songs and voice of Shreya makes the song melodious and hearable.

‘Lal Chunariya ‘ - The fun is again the main ingredient in the song ‘Lal Chunariya ‘ ,that has a meaningful lyrics and it is energetic song with lots of melody and the known voices of Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik makes the song clear and lyrics of the song is written by Deven Shukla.

Basically the album has come up with lot of energy, fun and romance and it is expected that the album will reach charts and stay for long there, if the movie hits the chord.
