The film “Good Luck” is a remake of Hollywood film “Just My Luck†in which the actress Lindsay Lohan was the leading lady but the presence of incompetent actors and actresses in the Hindi movie, make the movie “Good Luck” a confused erratic venture with no entertainment. The film doesn’t have a support from cinematography or music to at least make the audience feel relaxed in between the heavy story sequences.
The story of the Aditya Datt film s about a singer named Vicky and his girlfriend Saba who is a marketing executive and she has luck with her that gets transferred to another person when she kisses anybody else. Vicky is extremely unlucky because he couldn’t get anything in life; he is faring badly in professional and is waiting to get a deserved break in his life that he gets when he gets a Kiss from Saba.
Saba’s giving the kiss to her boyfriend leads her into trouble and Saba starts facing tough life situation. The actress reaches a card reader played by Archana Puran Singh who informs her that her kiss has been given to her ex-boyfriend and it took away her luck.
Saba reaches her succeeding boyfriend and takes back her kiss to get her luck back.
The film is about how the group of people, who know Saba’s kiss is transferring luck from one to other, cause confusion by kissing each other, be it a woman kissing a woman or a man kissing man. The climax of the film goes over the head.
The performance of Aryaman is not bad but the movie is not appropriate. The image of the actress Sayali Bhagat is not improved after watching the film. The performance of Lucky Ali, Ranvir Shourey, Sharat Saxena, Archana Puran Singh and Mushtaq Khan is up to expectations.
The film is not a good entertainer or a fun movie, script looks subject less and all the kisses will fail to make the movie get collections on the box-office.
