How bollywood is celebrating Ganapati?

The bollywood city and India is praying to Ganapati ,the God ,symbol of love, peace, learning, tolerance and achievement because the people who are blessed by Ganapati are able to complete all their jobs without interruption and so he is called “Vighnaharta – He takes away all the obstacles.“ The day is also marked to be start of a new year as per few Hindi calendars. In India every function like marriage and business starts with offering first prayer to Ganapati.

The Salman Khan’s family is strict devotee of Ganapati and even this year the Khan’s got together to celebrate Ganesh Pooja. The members Arbaaz Khan, Malaika Arora Khan, Arpita, Sohail got together to celebrate Ganapati. Last year a set of Muslim conservative groups criticized Salman Khan for being part of Ganapati Pooja but the Khan family is seen offering prayer to the universal god with same enthusiasm, as it did last year.

Govinda said he succeeded in bollywood because of the blessing of Ganapati and he also said that children who worship their parents generally are successful in life. Suniel Shetty paid a visit to the Ganapati of Lal Bagh and said he prayed for flood victims of Bihar. Jeetendera offered prayers and said he celebrates the festival everyday with same devotion.

Nana Patekar generally stops working during Ganapati celebrations and he performs pooja in strict Maharashtrian way of offering prayers. Priyanka Chopra said Mumbai looks lovely during Ganapati. Shilpa Shetty and Preity Zinta were also seen offering prayers in various Ganapati temples and Ranbir called Deepika to celebrate the pooja with him.
