Music Review: Kidnap

The music of the Sanjay Gadhvi film “Kidnap” has been composed by Pritam and debuting composers’ brothers Sandeep and Sanjeev Vyas .The lyrics are by Mayur Puri and the music album contains mainly five original tracks and two remixes.

”Mit Jaaye”- Brothers Sandeep and Sanjeev Vyas get together to compose the number ”Mit Jaaye’’, that is an energetic track with a high music and instruments sounds. Sandeep Vyas has written the song and he even gives his voice for the song The guitar sound is very dominating and the another version called the Rock Version is also present in the album. The remixed track has lots of beats.

”Hey Ya!”- Suzy Q sings this seductive kind of hip hop fun song and the song has many disco beats to fulfill the need of party song. The song is expected to be an effective dance number.

”Haan ji” – ”Haan ji” is a cool hip hop number in the voice of Adnan Sami composed by Pritam though the number is not very attractive like many other songs sung by Adnan.

”Mausam” –The song “Mausam” is a romantic number in voice of Shreya Ghoshal and the song is melodious striking number. The song is composed by Pritam and it is a peaceful and lovely song to hear.

”Meri Ek Ada Shola” – The song ”Meri Ek Ada Shola” is a kind of fun group dance number in voice of Sunidhi Chauhan, Akriti Kakkar and Sukhwinder Singh. This appears to be a situational number that has lots of beats and sounds.

It seems the song ”Mit Jaaye” will be played many times in the film and it will be liked for the high beats by the fast music song lovers. The other songs are average and match the script of the film.
