The animation of the film “RonnY N RockY” has been made in 2D and it shows 24 frames per second. The film production started in May 2007.The total budget allotted to the movie is Rs 35 million. The film is a 2 hour long movie and will also have 45 minutes if live action footage.

The story of the film is about Ronny (The dog Richard), who is a pet of a thief child named Rocky. A scientist Gazebo wants to make a machine that can transform living people into animated versions and the animated form of the people will have super powers.

The scientist wants to become a Oxman, who is very powerful super animated character. The dog Ronny once accidentally gets into the machine made by the scientist and it gets converted into a super animated dog. The scientist Gazebo tries to catch the dog for his benefit but he is unable to do so. He hires a detective to catch the dog and the events create comedy sequences.

The film is animated after half of the film and initial part of the film is not animation. The film has been made to target even elders and the animation team is using frames to make the child artists work .A part of the shooting of the film has been completed in Bangkok. The animation team has tried it best to show animation and real life characters, looking synchronized.
