The Goldie Behl’s film “Drona” tests on audience patience, as you don’t see the kind of action expected from a superhero movie (when you compare the movie to Krissh.) You don’t get the intensity in performance and the script is one of the biggest weaknesses of the movie. Worst are the dialogues delivery which is not clear to the audience (many are in Sanskrit).The music is ok and choreographed nicely but it don’t fit into the movie sequences.

The superhero character played by Abhishek Bachchan needed a strongly built body structure but Abhi did not work on his physique .He should work hard to deliver better dialogues that are the basic to succeed in movies. Even his expressions are non effective and immature (like his mother many times, you don’t get the right expression on face). Both can not do varieties in acting. Even the villain in the movie is so unimportant and really funny. If one is not aware of these actors’s background, you will definitely reject the movie in one go.

The story of the film “Drona “is about an orphan Aditya, who never in his life got into love or experienced emotions of love .Something comes to him is blue colored rose petals that make him happy even when he is in tears. One day he is taken to wear a bracelet as he follows the blue petals.

A demon Riz Raizada is searching for man named “Drona” because he will provide him with Amrit that is required to capture the world. Riz has to defeat Drona to get the Amrit. Riz is searching for Drona.

Then enters Priyanka Chopra who is bodyguard of “Drona” and she tells Aditya that you are “Drona” and you have to save the world. Drona also has a mother, Jayanti Devi who is maharani of Pratapgarh and she meets her son and she is full of emotions for her lost son “Drona.”

Who makes an impression in the movie is “Priyanka Chopra” and she gets limited scope to prove skills .A few special effects are lovely. Priyanka even has the needed energy in her face and expressions to match her character. The villain of the movie played by Kay Kay Menon, looks like a fool throughout and Jaya Bachchan is in the movie in a small role but that too appears extended.

The film will not get encouraging response from audience although the opening may be good.
