Shahrukh Khan tried hands in glamour world, small screen, investing in movies, producing movies, investment in sports IPL and crickets and now it is the real estate that is attracting Khan’s attention. Khan wants to make complete use of the money available to him and he invested in a beachfront property in U.A.E. that costs 8 billion-dirham.
Even the Bachchans were known for taking interests in properties in Dubai and Shahrukh is known to follow Bachchan. The Khan property is located on a beachfront and it will be made into an underwater disco and lounge .The project is called Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard and it was introduced in Dubai from October 5.
This one is a 168 square kilometers property and it is called Ras Al Khaimah and Khan said that he believed that this place will grow fast .Khan had been to Dubai to endorse wide range of products like soft drinks and motors and there he informed about his new bought property. The property chosen by Khan is located to the north of seven sheikhdoms in the United Arab Emirates. The area of 600,000 square feet will finish developing by the year 2012.
The property developers in the region are trying to get investment from foreign property developers and Shahrukh Khan fans and they are even trying to lure Indian investors. Emirates feel that the country will develop into a tourists spot by getting investment from people outside U.A.E. and get independent source of income, other than the oil reserve income.
